Returns Policy

If your BLISS products do not arrive in excellent condition or are not to your liking, please contact us to arrange return and refund, credit or exchange minus the cost of shipping. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, and may not be returned without prior authorization. Sales of custom built items and special order items are final. Items which have been used and are no longer in like new condition may require a restocking fee. Please email to arrange this prior to returning items, as unauthorized returns will be marked "return to sender".


Shipping

We currently ship to physical US addresses only. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Privacy Policy

BLISS values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.

 

Firearms Shipping Policy

In accordance with state and Federal law, all purchased firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. After completing your order, contact the FFL of your choice and request that they email a copy of their FFL to info@blissbryantx.com. The 4473 and background check will need to be completed at time of pick up from your local FFL, along with any other checks or paperwork required by your state or locality. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know if their purchase is legal in their area. Please call or email us regarding any questions pertaining to this policy.
